What this site is

This is a personal site for experiments, demos, and side projects. It is provided for information and entertainment. Nothing here is a substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise).

No warranty

The site and all content, tools, and software are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. I do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joe Heyming and anyone associated with this site will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall total liability for claims related to the site exceed the amount you paid to use the site (which is zero for typical browsing).

Third-party services

Some features rely on third parties (for example Google for sign-in, Drive, Sheets, or analytics). Your use of those features is also subject to the third party’s terms and policies. I am not responsible for third-party services.

User content and data

Where tools store data in your browser or in your own Google account, you are responsible for that data and for complying with Google’s and any other applicable terms. I do not claim ownership of your content in those systems.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, site design, text, and original code are owned by Joe Heyming or used with permission. You may view and link to the site in normal ways; copying large portions or redistributing without permission may violate copyright or other rights.

Changes

I may change these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will reflect revisions. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where prohibited by your local law.
