Does this run real Adobe Flash?

No. Adobe Flash Player is discontinued. This page uses Ruffle, an open-source Flash emulator written in Rust and compiled to WebAssembly. Compatibility is high for many games and animations, but some ActionScript-heavy titles may not work yet.

Where do I get .swf files?

Bring your own. Backups of Flash content you own, public-domain animations, and homebrew are fine. Downloading copyrighted SWFs you don't have rights to typically isn't. Nothing is uploaded — files stay in this browser tab.

Can I run Windows .exe demos here?

Accepted Answer

No. Windows and Steam .exe demos cannot run in this browser Flash player. For old MS-DOS game zips that auto-boot an .exe, use the site's DOS Player (/dos/). Modern Windows programs need a real PC or a Windows VM — not a static web page.
